H. George Frederickson is credited with having coined the term social equity and has called for it to be the “third pillar” in public administration along with efficiency and economy of the field (Frederickson, 1990)

As does the National Academy of Public Administration
EQUALITY means each individual or group of people is given the same resources or opportunities.
EQUITY recognizes that each person has different circumstances and allocates the exact resources and opportunities needed to reach an equal outcome.
This is socialism folks – plain and simple. And it’s here in every government in the region because the new public policy and the National Academy of Public Administration has embraced DEI as a requirement in society; while the general public just thought it was feel good language that we are all equal in God’s eyes.
EQUALITY is not EQUITY
Equity takes from one group and plays favorites with others (reverse racism in my opinion.)
