October 2, 2025, Wichita, KS. WSU/CEDBR hosted their Economic Outlook Conference and featured World Economic Forum and Harvard Kennedy School speaker Mark Esposito. The hundreds in attendance included the region’s business leaders as well as elected officials, bureaucrats, and staffers. They were given a sales pitch that Kansas has been chosen by the globalists over Texas and California to be their “laboratory” in “Remobilizing Globalization.” These images below are from his actual slide slow.

Anyone like to be a lab rat?
The messaging that day was “Kansas is cool!” Kansas should be happy it’s been chosen. It’s special. It’s wanted. (“Pick me! Pick me!”) Kansas is “big enough to matter.” (Are Kansans this insecure that this messaging works?) Stroke the ego and come right in the front door to “remanufacture” the state. “Reimagine”it, as globalist Klaus Schwab was quoted below.
This “reimagining” starts with “remanufacturing the economy” which includes medicaid expansion under their “healthcare burden” as shared in a book they passed out by Ed O’Malley, CEO KS Health Foundation, called Leading Health, How You and 30,000 Kansans Help Communites Thrive. (Side note, Mr. O’Malley also attended the same Harvard Kennedy School as Esposito.) Later I’ll show you how healthcare fits in.
The economy “emerges” to more “tech” in healthcare and Ag, and data centers as “factories.” What does a data center produce besides data? Anything edible or usable? The final step is “quantum economy, cognitive capital, and geostrategy of data.” Your data (birth to grave, including healthcare records) will be monitored, sold, controlled, and supposedly be enough to run an economy and feed and provide necessities beyond the jobs it displaced.
Note how the messaging claims Kansas has all this water to be used for their purposes despite years of the state’s messaging to the population, especially farmers/ranchers, that water is in short supply and there must be more regulation and reduction in usage. In Wichita, despite record rainfall this spring and its reservoir water supply being filled, it has put in place permanent water restrictions.
Did you know data/AI centers use millions of gallons/day for cooling their systems?
Note how there’s a play on words of “digital roots in rural soil.” That is the AI/data facilities they reimagine the KS economy to have instead of Ag production. There go the jobs. There go your rural towns. Add in the bio-industrial proteins to make up for reduced food production.
Kansas was praised for all of these systems already put in place fusing “water, energy, food-tech, and bio-industry into a future e-ready model.” Kansas has at least five bio-protein factories already, and these globalists are delighted by all the wind and solar in place, the Panasonic lithium battery plant, and transmission lines. Globalist Bill Gates with TerraPower is courting for nuclear power facilities in at least Lyons and Reno Counties. More energy is needed to power the data/AI facilities.
Kansas, TerraPower and Evergy sign deal to explore nuclear reactor and energy storage sites

(Reuters) – Kansas Department of Commerce, Bill Gates-backed TerraPower and Evergy (EVRG.O)
signed a memorandum of understanding on Tuesday to explore sites for a nuclear reactor project and an energy storage plant, amid soaring demand for power.
None of this “data as capital” would be complete without Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC’s). Again the use of the word “sovereignty.” Think it’s you having sovereignty over your own life? China has CBDC’s. Know how that’s working for their citizens? This is about control. Like the idea of your data considered “capital”?
This Great Reset Wheel tells it all.
This is the 30,000 foot view of what these folks like Mark Esposito want. This very slide was in his presentation beside the Klaus Schwab picture and quote. This conveys a worldview. This is a reset to all areas of life. These globalists are so radical they want to impose this worldwide.
This spells out the 17 goals of the UN Agenda 2030 which would touch every area of life. You will have a digital identity from birth to death that can be monitored, measured, and whoever has the power can decide if you should have the ability to make purchases, travel, take out a loan, get admission to college, get a job, etc.
There are as many social goals within this as economic, and its rooted in the lies of climate change and DEI (diversity, equity, inclusion.) Ideally, they’ve said they want us all living in 15 minutes cities with no need to travel outside those 15 minutes. All in the name of saving the earth and meeting their goals.
Did you know Obama and Biden, and all the nations of the UN, had signed onto implementing these goals when they each were president? Trump pulled the US out of this both times of his presidency.
These goals are rooted in the Paris Climate Agreement, and on the surface may look good, but when you read how they plan to implement them, it is totalitarianism. There is no value for human life, biblical marriage, individual property rights, traditional food production. Remember, cow farts are a threat to our earth.
Klaus Schwab once said, “You will own nothing and be happy.” Earth is to be worshiped, people are below the earth and animals in value, and many of these globalists speak of the need to reduce population. Any wonder they shared their projection for KS to greatly reduce in population by 2072, especially in light of the jobs disappearing to become energy, bio-tech, and data production?
Things become a little clearer when you see the map and their targeted areas for this new economy.
One cannot tell from this map how far any of these areas extend, but much of rural Kansas has already been targeted for wind, solar, and transmission lines. In addition, the term given “interstate & fiber convergence” is concerning in light of the massive push for broadband across the state, and this plan for AI/data centers, as well as corridors for “wind farms, solar corridors, hydrogen & grid pilots.” This is the “digital in the physical.” Much groundwork has already taken place as Mr. Esposito praised.
This slide above is loaded with flipping the KS economy. Pause and consider the United States as a nation and how it was designed. Was it meant for globalists to target a state and come in like a foreign invasion with its money to “remanufacture” it? Anyone notice how this is coveting Kansas’ resources and land and spinning it as “you’ve been chosen to play in the big league” as if this is a privilege? How many elected officials and business leaders will buy this sales pitch? Many banks and realty companies were in attendance at this meeting. This is about the land.
“Remobilizing in Globalization” involves a “Technology game.” “Battlefield.” “Weaponizing information.” “Compete for sovereignty.” “Control of data flows.” “Owning the invisible factories.” “Redefine security.” “Control of algorithms = control of outcomes of geopolitics.” These are words of war and the World Economic Forum is a foreign entity targeting Kansas.
Are the alarm bells going off? “Decide which nations rise and fall”?!
Is this a threat or manipulation?
Kansas is the laboratory for this “stress test” and which systems will endure. Is anyone feeling a need to protect our state from being the target of such whimsical play with human lives by foreigners?
Mr. Esposito said, “Key Takeaway: Kansas’s testbeds in automation will only succeed if paired with similar leaps in governance capacity.” Does that sound like liberty to you? Are we the land of the free and home of the brave? I think that is being tested at this very moment.
These globalists have named almost every structure of our civilization as a target to reinvent and on which to experiment.
There are questions to answer:
Will Kansans succomb to the amount of money that’s going to come in from rich globalists and companies?
Will elected officials see through this, or give in to powerful entities and greed?
The threat is to city, county, and state – even directly to individual land owners. Just ask Halstead and other towns about the threat of a battery storage facility coming to their town. Ask a man in Bourbon County about the cryptocurrency/bitcoin facility that’s gone in across the road from his rural farmhouse.
Will people play right into their hands for this Great Reset?
This last slide above even lists the Chinese-owned Huawei.
Are Mr. Esposito of the WEF’s words, “Is Kansas the architect of its future – or just a node in someone else’s system?” a threat to play along or get used?
Talk to your elected officials and those in your community about this threat that’s here already.
The money has already been flowing into our state via Biden’s Inflation Reduction Act and every federal agency being mandated by his administration to put in the UN Agenda 30×30 (acquiring 30% of all land and water by 2030) quickly. Congress and Trump have put a stop to some of it, and even rescinded some of it, but some of it is still advancing. How will it come in next?
