Calling All Kansans Who Are Fed Up with IRA Tax-Subsidized Industrial Utility-Scale Solar Projects that threaten and represent immediate changes and dangers to Kansas Citizens/ Counties, without knowing whether the planned project(s) are, indeed, without environmental risk.
Attorney Jeff Wald has been retained to file an Amicus Brief on behalf of Concerned Kansans impacted by Utility-Scale Solar Power Facility Projects.
The amicus brief will be submitted in a recent Federal civil action 𝗙𝗲𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗖𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗹 𝗔𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗮𝘄𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁 𝗡𝗢. 𝟱:𝟮𝟱-𝗰𝘃-𝟰𝟬𝟬𝟯 that was filed by Jackson County, KS Citizen Plantiffs on 1/15/2025 against Defendants: The United States Department of Treasury, Other Federal Departments/Officials, and Jackson County, KS Commission.
𝗪𝗮𝘁𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝗯 𝗽𝗮𝗴𝗲 that has been set-up for the Amicus Brief.
Kansas Citizens, Businesses and Organizations can attach their names to the Amicus Brief and also provide stories/testimonies and exhibits to support this Federal Case!

This is your opportunity to finally be able to take action and participate in supporting a historic case to hold Federal and Local Government Agencies accountable for failure to adhere to the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) law that requires Federal Agencies to evaluate the environmental and related social and economic effects of proposed Inflation Reduction Act tax-funded Renewable Energy Projects, before making decisions.
